Every unit is inspected before we list it: working A/C, hot water, blackout curtains, fast Wi-Fi (50+ Mbps), full kitchen, washing machine, and (almost always) a doorman. Studios start around USD 35/night; two-bedroom Nile-view units run USD 80–150/night; high-end serviced apartments USD 180–350/night. Discounts of 20–40% for stays of 30+ nights.

Hotels: corporate-rate partnerships with Four Seasons (First Residence and Nile Plaza), Marriott (Mena House, Zamalek, JW), Sofitel (El Gezirah), Kempinski Nile, St. Regis, Hilton (Heliopolis, Ramses, Pyramids Golf), Steigenberger, and select boutique riads. We typically beat the website rate by 8–15% and can secure upgraded categories or late checkout that public rates can't.

Long-stay (medical recovery, study abroad, sabbaticals, family relocations): furnished apartments leased monthly, all bills included, monthly cleaning, optional cook and housekeeping, residency-application support if your stay needs it. Minimum 1-month lease; flexible exit with 14-day notice.
